Our Policies

Thank you for your interest in our line of Carnival Games and Inflatable Bounce Ride Rentals. These items add fun and excitement to any event. They also present some challenges that we what to make you aware of.

1. $50.00 non- refundable depoist taken at time of reservation. All cancelations will be charged full rental fee! you may however move your event date with seven days notice from origanal reservation date without penlety, but will be charge in full on origanal reservation date.
2. The Commonwealth of Pa. requires that certain rides be inspected. All our inflatable rides are inspected on a monthly basis. Additionally rides that are used for events other than "Back Yard type Private Parties" must be inspected by a state certified inspector (we currently have three on staff) after it is installed and prior to its operation. If you feel that your event may need inspection please contact us.
3. We carry full coverage for liability. If you’re using the ride in a state, county, or city park, they may require a certificate of insurance. We can provide this certificate at no extra charge. We do however need approximately two weeks notice.
4. All rides are intended for set up on a level grass area. Set up on paved surfaces can severely damage the ride and the chance of injury to the riders is greatly enhanced. Set up indoors requires special equipment, and ceiling heights can cause problems. Please contact us ahead of time if with your set up requirements.
5. When we deliver your ride you will be given complete operating and safety instructions. You will also receive everything you need to operate the ride; you need only supply electrical power (110 volt-- 15 amp one blower, 2-15 amp for two blowers) within 50’ of the ride, and a hammer to drive the stakes. The blower runs all the time to keep the ride inflated.
6. Rain can put the damper on any event. If rain is predicted we will supply you with extra tarps to cover the ride. It is however your responsibility to return the ride to us clean and dry.
7. Delivery fee is for flat or slightly sloped areas. If you have steep grades, steps or walls please call for additional fee.
